GEERing Up! Day Camp
The GEERing Up! Day Camp program for 5-11 year olds will be available on Saturday only, from 8:45am – 5:45pm for $20/child. A parent must be registered at the conference and remain onsite at all times. Limited spaces are available. For more information about the GEERing Up! program, visit the program website.
Walk-In Registrations
In general, registration will not be possible after the close of online registration on May 5, 2013, at 11:59pm. If capacity has not be reached by this time, a very limited number of walk-in registrations may be available on the day of the conference at the rates below. Payment accepted by cheque only (no cash or credit). Due to fire code regulations, walk-in registrations may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be permitted according to the schedule below:
Until April 21, 2013 | Refund less $20.00 processing fee. |
After April 21, 2013 | No refunds available. |
One transfer of your registration to someone who qualifies in the same registration category (or a lower-priced category with no refund of the difference) is permitted until May 1, 2013. Additional transfers incur a $20.00 processing fee. Email wwest(at)mech(dot)ubc(dot)ca for instructions.
