UBC Conferences and Accommodations has kindly opened a small block of rooms early, exclusively for the Creating Connections conference. Rates are listed below; please ensure you mention that you are with the conference when booking.
Gage Standard Single
A budget-friendly option, this is a single room with a twin bed within an apartment. There are six rooms to an apartment, with a shared bathroom (two showers). These are senior student residences in the winter session. $44/night, including breakfast. Maximum 1 occupant.
Gage Studio Suites
A comfortable, quiet option, each studio suite has a kitchen area, private bathroom, and a double bed. $119/night, including breakfast. For 1 or 2 occupants.
Gage One Bedroom Suites
A home away from home, each one bedroom suite includes a kitchen, private bathroom, a living area with a queen sofa bed, and a private bedroom with a queen bed. $139/night, including breakfast, for 1 or 2 occupants; add $25 each per night for 3rd or 4th occupants.
West Coast Suites
A luxurious option, featuring a bedroom with king bed, kitchen, washroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room. These suites operate as a hotel on a year-round basis. $169/night, including breakfast, for 1 or 2 occupants; add $25 each per night for 3rd or 4th occupants.
Guests are also welcome to contact the Reservations Office at (Toll-Free) 1-888-822-1030 to make a reservation. Guests must inform the staff that they are guests of the Creating Connections Conference.
